Take ownership of residential and commercial projects from concept to handover, working directly with clients, consultants and site teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts into complete design packages.
- Prepare drawings and material schedules in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Present to clients and manage design reviews.
- Coordinate consultants and visit site regularly.
You bring
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Three or more years of relevant practice.

The role
Turn design intent into photo-real images and walkthroughs that help clients decide with confidence.

- Build accurate 3D models from drawings.
- Produce still renders and short animations.

- Fluency in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona.
- An eye for light, composition and texture.

Be the studio's presence on site, making sure what is built matches what was drawn.

Do you work on single rooms?
Yes. While most projects are complete homes or offices, we also design individual rooms such as kitchens, bedrooms or a living area when the brief is right.
Can you work with my existing contractor?
Absolutely. We can provide design and drawings only and supervise your contractor, or deliver the whole project turnkey with our own team.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are based on the area and scope of work. After an initial conversation we share a clear proposal that lists what is included.
Will I see the design before work starts?
Yes. You review layouts, material boards and 3D views of key spaces, and nothing goes to site until you have approved them.

Lighting is designed in, never added on.
We study how sunlight enters each room through the day and plan artificial light around it. Layers of ambient, task and accent light let a space shift from bright and practical to warm and calm.
Fixtures, colour temperature, dimming and controls are specified with the same care as the furniture, and coordinated with ceilings, joinery and electrical drawings.

Is lighting design worth it for a home?
Lighting changes how every finish and piece of furniture looks. A good plan usually costs little extra and makes the whole interior feel more expensive and more comfortable.
Can you redesign lighting in an existing space?
Yes. We can work with your existing ceilings and wiring, or suggest small changes that make a large difference.
Do you supply the fixtures?
We specify exactly what to buy and can procure fixtures for you as part of a turnkey project.
Do you work with smart home systems?
Yes. We plan scenes and controls that work with common smart lighting systems while keeping everyday use simple.

If the right piece doesn't exist, we make it.
Built-in wardrobes, kitchens, panelling and shelving are drawn to the millimetre so they fit the room perfectly and hide what should be hidden.
For loose furniture we curate pieces that suit the space, and design custom tables, beds and seating when proportion, comfort or budget call for it. Every piece is made with trusted workshops and checked before it reaches you.

Which materials do you use for joinery?
We use quality plywood and solid wood, finished in veneer, laminate, lacquer or paint depending on use and budget, with reliable hardware throughout.
Can I order a single custom piece?
Yes. We regularly design one-off tables, beds and storage pieces, even outside a full interior project.
Will I see samples before production?
Yes. You approve finish samples and shop drawings before anything is made.
Is there a warranty?
Joinery and hardware are covered by a warranty, and we stay available for adjustments after installation.

The brief
A family of five wanted a calm home that opens to the lake without losing privacy from the road. Bedrooms needed quiet, while the ground floor had to host large gatherings.
Our idea
We arranged the living spaces as one long room facing the water, framed by deep timber louvres. Stone floors run from inside to the terrace, so the house and garden read as one.

The brief
The clients asked for a modern home with the warmth of the courtyard houses they grew up in, with natural ventilation and plenty of daylight.
Our idea
Every room opens onto a central planted courtyard. Lime-plastered walls, terracotta and teak keep the palette earthy, while slim steel windows bring in light without heat.

The brief
A ground-floor apartment with a private garden that felt dark and closed in. The owners wanted it brighter, more open and easy to maintain.
Our idea
We removed two internal walls to pull daylight deep into the plan, added a full-height glass wall to the garden, and kept finishes pale so the light carries further.

A growing technology team needed an office that supports focused work and collaboration, and that makes new hires want to come in.
Our idea
The floor is zoned from quiet to social: focus rooms near the windows, open desks in the middle, and a café and town-hall space by the entrance. Acoustic panels are built into the joinery.

The brief
A weekend home on a slope with long views. The owners wanted every main room to face the view and the house to stay cool without heavy air-conditioning.
Our idea
Rooms step down the slope in three levels, each with a shaded verandah. Thick walls, cross-ventilation and deep overhangs keep the interiors comfortable through the day.
